Welcome to La Chocolaterie
Greedy by nature, chocolate naturally chose me. In my epicurean quest, I have taken many different paths... From cheese and wine in California to the School of Cooking, Pastry and Bakery in Paris, chocolate was at the end of the trail. Years spent at La Maison du Chocolat in Paris have awakened my sweet taste buds.
I am now back in my native Cantal and I am setting up my little chocolate workshop in the attic of the family house. Valrhona chocolate grands crus, I melt, I ganache, I tablet, I mold and I transform.
I take so much pleasure in it that I decided to open my shop at 5 Rue Notre Dame in Mauriac in order to better share my passion with you.
